It is in your own interest to check the availability of your event date before sending your payment.

If payment is made for a date which is not available, your booking fee will be refunded in full.

If more than one payment is received for the same date, precedence will be given to the first payment received.

The booking fee is £200.00, which is non-refundable and, is deducted in full from your final balance.
